Expanding its product range with years of experience in manufacturing polyethylene materials, we manufacture products for various industries such as water tanks, chemical tanks and maritime goods, along with mixers and mixing tanks, silos, food tanks, food silos, textile transportation trolleys, traction and thread buckets, floating pier systems, yacht/jetski platform, fish farm brackets, fuel tanks, waste water tanks, dosage tanks, decomposition and sedimentation tanks, acid tanks, on-board shipping and transportation tanks, and pest control tanks. In addition, polyethylene plates allow manufacturing tanks in any size relying on resource management. They are largely used in coating concrete shear reservoirs and manufacturing tanks with the involvement of acid as an agent. Polyethylene processing technologies are superior to other plastic processing technologies in terms of mold design and production and cost. Polidaş offers flexible manufacturing techniques that allow quickly responding to needs with high quality and affordability.
We deliver impeccable mono-block solutions with a smooth surface for highly cosmetic and essential products. They include custom-made garden furniture and equipment (luxurious vases, tailor-made furniture, and decorative objects), playground equipment and toys for children.
Polidaş products are equipped with a certificate of conformity issued by the Turkish Food Codex No. 432 of the Ministry of Health, a certificate of production issued by the Provincial Directorate of Agriculture of the Governor's Office of Izmir with the registration no. G35 - 1297 - G - 0001, and a report no. 1468 issued by the Department of Agricultural Machines of the Faculty of Agriculture of Ege University.
We both design and manufacture custom-made products and offer a variety of mold designs and products as a part of POLİDAŞ Mold Workshop, which is equipped with vast experience in mold manufacturing and sales in line with any plastic processing technology upon customer requests. Polidaş became operational back in 1997 in the premises of Pınarbaşı in an effort to manufacture and market polyethylene tanks, providing services on central and offshoot plants situated on a land of 23.500 m2 in Kemalpaşa premises, Izmir.
We blend polyethylene processing techniques and our 25 years of experience to offer our know-how at home and abroad under the titles of Polidaş, Politank, Pddock, Spraying Tanks, Poligarden and Policustom.

Based on a rotation technology, Polidaş products are made of UV-stabilized linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) imported from top global petrochemical companies that offer top-quality raw materials. Equipped with cross links, polyethylene is safe to use for the storage of food and chemicals. It is hygienic and resilient and it does not produce any rust, dirt, moss or smell in any tank.
It is resilient to weather conditions. It does not harm any chemical and food you put in. It does not change in smell or color. It is resistant to environmental impacts thanks to its flexible structure. It is not structurally fragile.
